My Approach
I believe that we all benefit from talking to another person to work through problems, explore who we are, or to get thoughts or feelings outside of our head. With an emphasis on human connection, sessions may look different week to week. Some weeks there might be a focus on problem solving, others an exploration of patterns, and some may just be talking about things in your day to day.
My work relies on a holistic approach that focuses on identifying your personal values and exploring how they interact with all aspects of your life, integrating how thoughts and feelings impact your lived experience. From young kids to older adults, we face transitions in every stage of life. I'm here to listen without judgement and help you navigate anything life throws your way!
About Me
Having spent my childhood in a dance studio I currently love exploring the vast dance, theater, art, and music scene Minneapolis has to offer! In my spare time I can be found doing Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology research, stage managing dance shows, or reading a good book.
Background
I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and continued to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
