Personalized Care Options
Wholehearted Healing LLC offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We work with all age ranges, and believe that in order to create change we have to work with the whole 'system'. This means that at times, we may ask that you bring in your spouse or partner, or that a parent join their kiddo or teenager, etc. This is entirely optional, and often clients find it helpful, as the world gets busy and having a space where communication can be clear and guided by a professional, is usually beneficial to the client.
Group Sessions
Group therapy is a way to support your needs. People often add it on to their week in addition to doing individual work, but seeing an individual therapist with Wholehearted Healing is not required to participate in one of our groups! Group therapy offers support around a specific topic or concern with a therapist who is knowledgeable in the group therapy process. You will be joined by 4-8 others, and most groups take place on a weekly basis. Each group has a set date and time and will specify whether it is in person or virtual.

This pro-recovery group will utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy that believes in body diversity and supports all members navigating eating disorder recovery as teens.
-
This group is for those who are struggling with eating disorders and recovery. Some history of higher levels of care or treatment is helpful. Having some knowledge of your journey, as well as the difficulties of recovery will allow you to get the most from this group as possible. We know that outpatient care can feel lonely, so this group will provide some peer support around meals and recovery.

This mid-week group offers a chance to pause, reconnect with your body and mind, and practice emotional regulation and self-compassion in community through creative expression. Guided by the philosophy of “rest as resistance", we honor collective care, connection, and the reminder that you don’t have to refill your cup alone.

Join our virtual group for a supportive space to share, heal, and connect with others who are experiencing loss. Whether you’re grieving a loved one or another loss, we’re here to help you cope and find hope. You’re not alone in this journey.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with family and friends. You can usually find me out on the lake, at a concert, playing card games, or watching sports. To unwind, I enjoy yoga, puzzles, reality TV (or anything true crime), and most importantly, spending time with my dog, Charlie.
