Individuals, Couples, and Family Therapist
Populations: Individuals 16+, Couples, and Families
My Approach: Relationships—with ourselves and with others—can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward, you're not alone. Whether you're navigating personal concerns, facing challenges in your relationships, or managing both, this space offers support for healing, growth, and finding your way forward with greater clarity and connection. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them understand and transform the relationships that shape their lives—whether with themselves, their loved ones, or with the larger systems they are a part of.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a systemic perspective, recognizing the impact of societal and historical contexts on mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. While my work often integrates components of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and parts-work, I operate from a person-centered lens and aim to meet each client where they are at individually.
Education: I received my bachelor’s of science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and later acquired my master’s of arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Additionally, I completed my 220-hour teacher training at Yess Yoga and am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.
