Liz Campbell, MA, LMFT

(she, her, hers)

Individuals, Couples, and Family Therapist

My Approach:

It is my hope to empower folks by connecting with their inner strength and self-worth, and by discovering the agency to develop a life and relationships in alignment with their personal values.

I apply a strengths-based, systemic perspective to my work with clients by acknowledging and addressing the various external structures that influence our well-being. This holistic approach includes consideration of the societal and historical contexts that influence our mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for folks of all backgrounds and identities. While my therapeutic approach often integrates components of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, parts work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I operate from a person-centered lens and aim to meet each client where they are at individually.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, and have special interest in working with self-worth and identity concerns, aiming to support folks in cultivating healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Experience & Education

I received my bachelor’s of science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and later acquired my master’s of arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Additionally, I completed my 220-hour teacher training at Yess Yoga and am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.
