Individual Adult and Adolescent Therapist

About Me:

At the core of my work are curiosity, connection, and collaboration. I believe therapy should be a space where you can embrace the most authentic parts of yourself—where your story is met with openness and care, and where we can explore both the messiness and the meaning in your journey. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, searching for your "why," or feeling ready to process something that’s been weighing on you, my goal is to create an empowering and affirming space to support your growth.

I work from a place of reflection and humility, walking alongside clients as they step more fully into who they want to be. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of your internal world—how they interact with each other, how they’re shaped by broader systems, and how they show up in your day-to-day life—to support a more integrated and attuned way of being.

I’m a pre-licensed mental health professional currently working toward my LPCC. I hold an MA in Counselor Education from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and a BA in Psychology and Gender & Women’s Studies from St. Cloud State University. My path into this work has always been guided by a deep commitment to direct support, social justice, and advocacy—values that continue to shape the heart of my practice.

Grounded in a social justice lens, my work is especially focused on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, women and girls, and anyone seeking a life that feels more aligned and true to who they are. I believe meaningful change happens through connection—in spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect!
