5 Words That Describe Me as a Therapist
Patient, Supportive, Creative, Curious, Person-Centered

My Approach
My approach is grounded in compassion, humor, and real‐world practicality. I’m easygoing and approachable, but I’ll also lovingly hold clients accountable as they work toward a more trusting, peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. I meet people exactly where they are and help them take steps that feel doable, not overwhelming.

I believe recovery happens through connection, curiosity, and support. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to build a life that feels easy with food.

About Me
I’m an Oklahoma‐raised dietitian who loves good food, good company, and helping people build a kinder relationship with food. When I’m not cooking or talking about food, I’m golfing, watching sports, or getting overly invested in the Olympics. I love coffee shops, hiking, traveling, puzzles, needlework, and board games. At home, I’m happily bossed around by my dog Charlie and my cat Matilda.

Background
Masters of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, and Dietetic Internship with a concentration in leadership from Sodexo.
