5 Words That Describe Me as a Therapist
Curious, Grounded, Affirming, Authentic, Light

My Approach
I see therapy as a personal journey - a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your path without judgment. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative presence to our work, walking alongside you as we navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

Together, we’ll explore what may be getting in the way and build on your strengths to develop tools that feel empowering and authentic. I work with adolescents, adults, and families, and I strive to create a supportive, affirming environment where you feel heard, valued, and supported in moving forward.

About Me
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing board games and video games, and taking walks to unwind. I’m drawn to the storytelling and creativity in games, and I value humor and lightheartedness in my relationships. I feel most energized through connection with the people who support me, and I try to offer that same presence and care to others.

Background
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from the University of St. Thomas and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Minnesota.

“My role is to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.”
