My Approach
I am passionate about making sure people know they don’t have to deal with all of life’s twists and turns on their own. Whether you’re experiencing a particularly stressful season or you’re looking to heal from something you’ve been carrying for a long time, I believe we can work through it together. I provide a non-judgmental, relaxed environment in which you can unpack what’s on your mind, explore unhelpful thought/behavior patterns, and grow in your confidence to challenge them.
About Me
When I’m not at work, I’m usually out creating adventures big and small for my cavapoo, Birdie, spending time with family/friends, and laughing at my own jokes. I’m Minnesota born and raised, so there’s a big spot in my heart for both outdoor fun in all seasons and travel!
Background
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
