My Approach
Many of my clients are in the early stages of exploring their relationship with perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity, food and their bodies. My approach centers around building connections, empowering you to become the best version of your authentic self, offering compassion and staying curious about who you are from a past, present and future perspective; helping you become the author to your own story. I want you to feel seen and heard throughout our time working together. I incorporate liberation-based practices, including intersectional feminism, weight neutrality (Body Trust®, Health At Every Size®), trauma-sensitive, gender- and sexual-orientation affirming.
About Me
I’m not just a therapist, I’m also... neurospicy, creative, a social justice advocate, an aunty to six nieces and nephews, a partner, multitasker, a friend to many, an introvert, a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, a collector, and a (recovering) perfectionist. Outside of my role, you’ll probably find me drinking too much coffee, listening to another true- crime podcast and snuggling with my pets (Boston Terrier mix, Zora & Ragdoll, Bijou), while daydreaming about my next road trip or thrift store find.
