My Approach
Hello! I’m the Office Manager at Wholehearted. I bring a background in project management and client support, along with passion for providing organized, behind-the-scenes care for clinicians and clients. I focus on keeping things running smoothly so both clients and clinicians feel supported.

As a Reiki practitioner, I create a calm and supportive space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the healing or guidance most needed in the moment. I feel especially called to work with people experiencing periods of transition and emotional overwhelm, and believe Reiki can be a powerful tool for grounding and clarity.

About Me
Outside of the office, you’ll find me with my family. I love cooking for them in the kitchen and when I have a moment for me, I’m out exploring local coffee shops with friends, gardening or taking a class of any kind!

Background
Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design – St. Cloud State.
Usui Reiki II Certified since 2019.
Experience as Hospice volunteer for Fairview Health.
