Join us for Restorative Flow Yoga with trauma-informed yoga teacher, Lindsey Murphy, Registered Yoga Teacher 500. Wednesday November 17th and Thursday, December 18th
We live in a crazy, fast-paced world that promotes busyness and a ‘go harder and faster’ mentality. We sleep, but we don’t rest. Being active and getting things done is important, but so is slowing down. It’s when we slow down that we can learn to listen to our bodies. It’s when we slow down and rest that our bodies and minds can heal. In stillness we can hear the subtle whisper of our soul and learn to honor what it needs.
In this intimate class, we will explore the peaceful aspect of yoga practice by slowly merging asana, breath and stillness to create a subtle yet powerful meditative experience.
Each breath and movement presents an opportunity to connect to the present moment, calm your mind, relax your body, and to get to know yourself on a deeper level.
