Mental Health Services
We currently have group contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN, Ucare, Health Partners and Optum. Our pre-independent and Independently Licensed Providers are credentialed with aforementioned insurers. Our pre-independently licensed mental health practitioners are supervised by board approved supervisors.
Diagnostic Assessment/Initial Intake - $350
Psychotherapy 45-53+ minutes - $250-275
Family Psychotherapy/Couples Counseling 50 minutes - $275
Wholehearted Healing LLC’s providers may offer a sliding scale fee for services dependent on income. Contractors have private pay rates (ranging from $125-275) and sliding scale rates (various rates depending on the provider), and are available for out of network or non insurance clients. If this is applicable to you, your provider will include a good faith estimate prior to the first session.
*A 30 minute consultation with one of our mental health providers is always complimentary.
Blended Biofield/ Sound Healing -Energy Medicine with Sherry
Individual Services offered remotely or in person. -$120
Energy Medicine for Animals remotely or in person - $60
Integrative Sound Healing (included with each energy medicine session) - Individual or group work available in person or remotely.
Nutritional Counseling Services
15 minute Discovery Call - Free
Initial Nutrition Assessment (60 minutes) - $250
Nutrition Follow- Up Session (45 minutes) - $200
